本张单曲 CD 收录瑞典摇滚流行天后 Lisa Miskovsky 演唱的主题歌曲‘Still Alive’两种混音版本，美商艺电仅于首批《镜之边缘》发售时搭配赠送，送完为止。另外，为回馈玩家支持，《镜之边缘》专属手机铃声也已于美商艺电官网‘档案下载’开放玩家自由下载。
专为《镜之边缘》录制的主题歌曲‘Still Alive’，是由畅销乐曲填词好手 Rami Yacoub、制作人 Arnthor Birgisson，以及艺人 Pink、Britney Spears 和 Kelis 通力合作的心血结晶。这首歌曲是由国际知名歌手 Lisa Miskovsky 演唱。她曾获得的瑞典音乐奖项包括最佳新秀奖、最佳女性艺人奖，以及最佳年度艺人奖。
