为什么一个是 to have sb do ，一个是 have sb done？

老师，我在The Economist上看到了这句：Since the fishingcrew and its captain were arrested, Chinahas continually ratcheted up the pressure to have them returned. 这里have后面的return形式是returned，那不是和support同样情况吗？

[*]have sb./sth. do (强调sb主动去做)[*]have sb./sth. doing (强调主动且延续)[*]have sb./sth. done (强调被动)
第一个例子 to have the World Bank support 中的 World Bank 有自由意志去做还是不做 support 这件事。
而第二个例子中，一开始，the fishingcrew and its captain 被 arrested 了，说明他们失去了人身自由，他们是不能主动地 return 的，只能“被”returned”。 回复 2# IsaacZ
