though的用法

老师，您好。我在Longman字典though的用法中看到这个：though old/tired etc
The rooms, though small, were pleasant and airy.

那我这么造句是对的吗？
The woman, though getting along with a distant neighbor named Shi, was not on speaking terms with old Mrs. Yao next-door.谢谢老师~~:)

可以。这是让步状语从句的省略用法。时间状语从句、条件状语从句也可以这样用。
