而用小日本5导入进来时,读出来的帧数是50fps,我想用二次编码进行转换,此时的平均码率应该设置为多少,还有那个帧数设备多少,以达到用最少的容量,仍能继续保持原画的质量!
怎么可能50帧这么高？用标准帧数即可，通常24或25帧就可以得到流畅画面。你可以试转1分钟，判断画质是否合适，再作相应调整。
