◎简　　介


　　埃文（艾迪·墨菲 Eddie Murphy 饰）是公司的财务总监，在职场上叱咤风云的他在家庭中却屡遭挫折。由于常年来对家庭的忽视，忍无可忍的妻子洛瑞（瓦妮萨·威廉姆斯 Vanessa Williams 饰）选择了离开，埃文反复承诺会每天分出时间来照顾家庭，这才保住了女儿奥利瓦（雅拉·莎希迪 Yara Shahidi 饰）的抚养权。然而，随着时间的流逝，承诺的力量越来越弱，当埃文在家里也开始摆弄他的手机时，奥利瓦隐隐明白旧事将要重演。

　　原来，埃文最近的工作很不顺利，即使努力如他，也无法阻止公司节节下滑的盈利，与此同时，奥利瓦的捣乱也让埃文一个头两个大。偶然之中，奥利瓦打开了一扇神奇的门扉，在门后面的，是一个充满了神奇魔力的宁静世界，在这个世界中，埃文洗刷了生活和工作中积累的压力，也明白了什么是生命里最终要的东西。
