对于楼主提供的这种格式的AVI，我在64位WIN8中进行了多次测试，无论是安装完美解码器还是幻想影音，只要将TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 5的环境设置文件输入插件中MediaFoundation阅读器前面的勾去掉就可以避免花屏。如果Media Foundation阅读器前面打勾，即使安装Win8codecs +幻想影音也出现花屏。
这只是我个人的测试，供交流。

我费了很大的劲儿，利用幻想影音和 Win8codecs 来禁用 Microsoft Media Foundation 解码器的优先级，却不知道 TVMW5 自己可以做到这一点？具体对应的是哪个文件阅读器？能在环境设置中截图看一下吗？

就是15楼的图。
我把Win8codecs 卸载掉了，只安装了完美解码器，不选Media Foundation文件阅读器，就不出现花屏了。卸载完美解码器安装幻想影音，同样不选Media Foundation文件阅读器，也不出现花屏。

[ad thread/a_pr/3/6]测试过了  去掉Media Foundation文件阅读器  可以导入这种视频不花屏.
每次载入都会有个xidcore.dli not.found提示 点击确定即可进入正常编辑 如图:

这是系统问题。搜索一下找解决办法。
安装双系统比较方便，免得卸载WIN7再装WIN8.
你的WIN8安装时添加Windows 8 Media Center功能了吗？

不仅没有Media Foundation 文件阅读器，还没有Quick Time 7文件阅读器（说明没有安装Quick Time 7）。没有Media Foundation 文件阅读器不知是否与Windows8 Media Center有关？您的WIN8有没有添加Windows 8 Media Center功能？我的WIN8添加了Windows 8 Media Center功能。这对楼主提供的文件是优点，没有花屏，不知有无什么缺点。您在打开TVMW5.0.6.38 时应该会有提示：没有安装Quick Time。
