国语发音比原声稍微快点伸展或延迟比例是多少？国语发音比原声稍微慢点伸展或延迟比例是多少？

如果之前没有经过刻意拉伸或剪辑，各语言音轨和原版语言时长应该都是一样的。

如果片子首尾添加了东西，直接切掉，或者通过设置音轨延迟数据错开原画与音轨，使音轨能匹配画面/口型。可以在播放时通过快捷键进行即时音频延时设置，获知什么延时数据会正好匹配口型。

只有在原音轨被刻意拉伸（几乎没有人会这么做）后，才需要设置拉伸比率使之恢复原来的播放时长。你顶楼的问题音轨肯定是你在剪辑的时候不小心拉伸了，才不得不在封装时多一道拉伸比率的工序。

在非编软件的时间栏上可以看到精确到毫秒的轨道长度，可以直接在软件中对齐输出，或者通过毫秒级的各自时长直接获得精确的拉伸比率，而不必反复多次测试合适数值。（之前我操作封装时，是用秒来算的，所以不精确，而且AC3音频被你处理得和原版差异过大，才导致需要多次测试。）

没错，没错，国语音轨是我在TCT上wavz转ac3时做了25000/23976的伸展，您意思是不应该在剪辑之前就拉伸国语音轨吗？还是封装的时候伸展呢？
