安装前我是要用360安全卫士清理注册表，从来不用小日本自带的“清除” ...

终于解决了在WIN7中小日本5加载“火烧赤壁”字幕的问题！
我对幻想影音进行了各种设置都是导入后无音频，在无奈的情况下，卸载后重新安装，打开后点击了“智能推荐”，选择自己型号的显卡，再选择“SVFilter 2.39”,然后点“退出”。启动小日本5，环境设置中的插件不选“MPEG文件阅读器”。这样就可顺利导入“火烧赤壁”了。但同样设置对小日本4不适用，导入时停止工作退出。详见附图：
（如果插件MPEG文件阅读器选上，火烧赤壁可以加载字幕导入，但我的另外两个MKV导入后不能加载字幕，显示导入用MPEG文件阅读器。不选MPEG文件阅读器，就都可以加载字幕导入了，都是用DirectShow文件阅读器导入）

我的与大侠不同，是不是与电脑的显卡型号有关？

你这样小日本4就不能用了啊。
我按照我显卡选“英伟达方案”，设置跟你的截图一模一样，小日本5环境设置不动，音频字幕都可以加载。
我是H.264设置为ffdshow小日本4就能存活。（在英伟达方案下也一样）

这些问题太复杂，找到适合自己的设置就好，不能研究太多，太费脑细胞。

就是，问题太复杂了。
看来对于我的电脑情况，小日本5与小日本4不能兼顾。
我又试了，大侠55楼的设置我只要将H.264的ffdshow改为CoreAVC小日本5导入就不会出现无音频的情况了，并可加载字幕。如果要用小日本4将H.264的CoreAVC再改回ffdshow即可。

    让我来对这场有益的探讨进行一个总结吧！
    猫版主和lijianwen大侠都是用小日本5.0.6.38加载字幕导入“火烧赤壁”后转换成功，转换过程中没有出现中断现象。猫版主转换完成发现后半部音频有问题，是因为Win8codecs音频采用默认设置，更改设置后音频正常。
    楼主同样是用小日本5.0.6.38转换，转换到68%时出错被迫中断。楼主的小日本5.0.6.38不能加载字幕，音频、字幕是手动加载。很明显问题应该是出在这里！因此解决问题的出路是让小日本能够自动加载字幕。解决小日本能够加载字幕问题实际上并不太难。
