1.用MKVExtractGUI2分割出两个音频文件
2.用MKVToolnix分割出视频文件
3.格式化工厂把MKV转换成mpg格式
4.两个音频文件转换成AC3
5.用TMPGEnc2.520版本合并视频和音频，类型选择MPEG-1系统（自动），出现错误信息，当前的系统码流无法接受码流杜比AC3
注意：选择MPEG-2 节目是可以合并，但是VOD服务器上面，找不到文件，下面读取不到，我这里是需要把文件转换成MPG格式，然后再把后缀修改成.VOD，然后上传到VOD服务器添加
上次加歌的时候正常的，系统出了问题，重装了，不知道是不是缺少某个软件或者某个步骤错，谢谢大哥们帮忙解决下

[ad thread/a_pr/3/2]这个版本的我安装试过了，问题是一样的，没有办法合成MPEG-1系统（自动）这个选项
